This is one of my favorite smoothies! I have been making it for years. Super easy and simple to make. Filling, healthy, and again simple. Can easily toss in something extra, such as protein, lemon juice, ginger, or any supplement.
RECIPE
1 Whole Banana
1/2 Cup of Spinach
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 TBSP of Brown Sugar
